    When and where will the concert take place?

    Duration 2hrs - 2.5hrs approx.

    When is the ticket sale?

  • - Official Sales commence on Monday, 19 AUG 2013 at 4:00pm EST!

    • Is there a Pre-ticket sale event?

    YES, but it is only a ONE DAY event.

    Is this event for All Ages (does this apply to our event?)

  • Children under the age of 12 will not be permitted to attend "All Ages" General Admission Standing Shows.
    Children under the age of 5 will not be permitted to attend "All Ages" Reserved Seating and General Admission Seated Shows unless the event is specified as a "children's show".

  • ^ VIP Standing/ A Standing tickets are STANDING ONLY tickets, i.e.: no chairs
    # VIP Standing ticket DOEST NOT include any other goodies or meet & greet.
    * VIP Reserved Seating is located on second floor, the rows are inclined
    * Disable access available if required
  • *Important: If you purchase a seated ticket, your seat will be automatically generated by our system. Therefore, there will not be an option to select your seat(s). Once your payment is confirmed, a confirmation email with your seating details will be sent to your registered email. Please note that NO REFUND will be given once ticket(s) are generated.

    • What happens if my ticket is lost/ damaged?

  • If you have lost or damaged your ticket(s), please send us an email to xia@jkent.com.au with proof of your purchase and ticket details.
    Once you have lodged for lost ticket(s), the original ticket(s) will be void. New ticket(s) will be reissued and post to you accordingly.

    • Can I get a refund if I change of mind?

  • Unfortunately tickets will not be exchanged, refunded or return after purchase. However, you can always give it to another person to attend on your behalf!

    • Is there meet and greet/ backstage access pass/ rehearsal tour?

  • At this stage, there is no other event planned other than the show itself. If circumstances change, we will announce on the website as well as facebook.

    • Can I bring my camera, audio or video camera along?

  • NO, cameras, audio or video cameras are not permitted in the hall.
    Due to special requests from Artist Management, Cameras, Audio or Video cameras any recording items are strictly NOT ALLOWED in the concert hall. 

    Anyone caught violating this 'Camera Restriction' notice can be warned and asked to leave by security guards.  

    • Will there be any events held on show day?

  • To be advised.

  • For questions regarding fans support, i.e.: sending gifts, snacks, drinks etc. Please email us at xia@jkent.com.au to inquire.

    • Volunteering!

    We have received many offers from all the fans that would like to help JK Entertainment make this event happen, and we appreciate the enthusiasm!

    However, we do have sufficient staffs to cover for this concert and we are afraid that we will not be able to take in any volunteers for this event. Thank you again for your kindness.
