Official letter,

Dear Sydney Audience,


Thank you for your patience and after much review and discussion with the Big Top Sydney, we will now release the official letter in regard to the incidents that occurred on the concert date.

JK Entertainment would like to apologise again to the audience who were delayed into the concert hall on the 1st of June. We understand that it is unacceptable and although we cannot undo what happened, we wish to provide an explanation of what went wrong during the hall admission.

According to the venue management, it is police regulation that all audience entering into the hall have to undergo a bag search to ensure no dangerous objects are taken into the venue.
Secondly, as the venue also serves alcohol, as part of regulations from the police and the venue, IDs were checked and a wrist band was given to audience members.

However, due to the wet weather conditions, the Big Top Sydney informed us that admission into the hall was delayed and slowed down with many tickets unable to scan immediately as they were wet.

With these various activities happening, the procedures to enter into the hall took longer than anticipated. Please see announcement by Big Top here.

Please understand that we were unable to change some of the regulations concerning line up and the door opening times as they were under the control of venue management. Unfortunately, we were unable to open the doors earlier on the night even if we tried to and we apologise for that.

As for the seated ticket audience, we too apologise for not being able to usher everyone to their right seating in time and to have interrupted you during the show. Although we tried our best to ensure everything ran smoothly, it was unfortunate that these issues occurred.

JK Entertainment understands that the situation was not ideal but we assure you that we have reviewed this thoroughly. We are determined to avoid any recurrence of these issues in future events and aim to improve future concert experiences as our no 1 priority to you, our audiences.

JK Entertainment is one of few companies who are trying to bring more KPOP events to Australia at the moment and we are trying our hardest to expand this unique music trend in Australia.

First of all, thank you for attending the CNBLUE Blue Moon World Tour Concert in Sydney despite the wet weather.
We are sorry that some of your experiences at the concert has been unsatisfactory.

JK Entertainment has requested to Big Top Sydney to review the issues occurred during the night and we promise to give you an official explanation and an apology after the discussion. Because it was a live event, situations arose that we did not anticipate and the outcome did not meet your expectations. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT !! - 31 May 2013

 

1. We are not allowed to take any photos or film any videos of CNBLUE during the concert. 

This e is a very strict regulation for the CNBLUE BLUE MOON WORLD TOUR, so please understand.
If the regulations are broken the security will be restrain our Boice. 

2. 2013 CNBLUE BLUE MOON WORLD TOUR Concert starts at 7:30pm and Door open is 7pm

3. For the standing tickets can line up from 4:30pm at the Big Top Sydney. 

4. Tickets can pick up from 3pm from ticket office. 

5. The official pick up time is between 7pm-7:30pm and there will be a table inside the concert hall for you to pick up your merchandise. Alternatively, you can come and ask at the Big Top ticket office from 3pm on the concert day and we may be able to help you out in collecting your merchandise earlier.

This is an intimate CNBLUE concert so no matter which section you're in, you will be able to see the CNBLUE members up close and personal. 

Big Top Sydney(venue) is different to other venues of "CNBLUE's World Tour" countries'- the scale is smaller, but the quality of concert will be amazing there !!!

 - If you have selected credit card payment method, we have called almost everyone now.
   If you have missed our call, please call us back on 02 9808 1490 to process your payment.

 - If you have paid by bank transfer and have not yet received a confirmation email, please don’t worry,
   the tickets will be sent to your address. If we can not confirm your bank transfer, WE WILL CALL YOU.

As all of JK ENT staffs are calling you to finalize your orders & sending your tickets,

Important updates - 18 March 2013

 

Dear CNBLUE FANS,

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please read the following updates regarding the current situation.

 

For people who got the tickets secured

As your tickets are secured, please be patient for little longer, we will contact you shortly.

1)    If your booking has been confirmed and you have PAID via bank transfer, please be patient while your transfer is cleared. We will send you a confirmation email once the funds have been received.

2)    If you submitted to pay by credit card, JK staffs will contact you to organize for payment of your ticket(s) within 2 working days. Please give us little more time for this process as we are experiencing large numbers of phone calls.


For people who’ve got the offer of changing to A Standing tickets

If you have received an email regarding your ticket order being unable to be processed and wish to:

1)    Change your ticket to A Reserved Standing. Please send us an email and we will reply back individually concerning payment and if required, any refund of difference in amounts

2)    Cancelling your order. Please send us an email to confirm you wish to cancel your order. We will release your tickets to other fans that couldn’t even get the chance of purchase.

If you have paid for you tickets, we will refund you the full price of your tickets.

Please note, if you don’t reply in 2 business working days, your ticket(s) will be released automatically to other fans.

Important updates - 16 March 2013


Thank you everyone who have given us the feedback on the over booking of tickets incident that
happened this morning.

Even if we arranged 3 different ticketing methods to purchase tickets/ Bigtop Sydney included,
all systems crashed due to heavy traffic.

In the mean time, we apologise again for people missing out on the VIP Standing just minutes after ticket sale took place. This shouldn't have occur, but unfortunately it is a situation that we did not foresee and can no longer change the outcome.

We understand that swapping your order from VIP Standing to A Standing has inconvenienced you, but it is the best we could offer, so that we could still have you attend the concert together with us.

We would also like to thank those who have accepted our offer to change their tickets, and we will be sorting out the payments with you, and if you have

A) Already paid, please rest assure that JK Entertainment WILL REFUND the difference of the ticket cost to you.

B) Not paid, please follow the initial payment steps as requested.

However, if you feel that you no longer wish to attend, please reply to the email that we sent out earlier and we will cancel your tickets and refund the payment to you if you have paid.

Note: We will be contacting those that have been affected on this occasion next Monday, 18 March to follow up on your decision regarding the change of tickets category.
